How much will it cost?

That also depends on the type of work we are performing and the scope of the project. We will give you as much information as possible as soon as we can. We do not like to guess the prices as each subcontractor and contractor charges differently. We typically determine the general scope of work and then go from there.

Why do I have to tell you my budget?

It is vital that you have a general idea of how much you want to invest in your home. If you don't give us guidelines and you go to the “candy store,” the budget can quickly get out of control. We are good at value-engineering and guiding you regarding where to spend your budget for the best result and visual impact. You have to tell us what your limits are – our relationship must be built on trust or neither of us will be happy. We will always do our best to provide the best design for the best possible price without compromising quality.

How much should I budget?

• A full-scale, bare-bones remodel rarely falls below $100 per square foot these days using a reliable contractor and designer.
• If you want the best of products and turn-key services, the price will typically be $200 per square foot and above.
• Kitchens and baths are always the most expensive remodels.
• Our typical master bathroom remodel ranges from $50,000 and up.
• Kitchen budgets are at least $50,000 unless they are extremely small.
• Smoov SM services are based on scope of work and are typically priced on a daily basis.
