Our team gets frustrated and irritated from time to time – especially when we ask them to do the near-impossible on a tight and sometimes, unrealistic deadline. We often massage their egos with positive reinforcement. Ultimately, we finish your home with some challenges along the way – that is the nature of change.

Scope of Work:
Office space planning and interior decoration & personal residence construction and lighting design; accessorizing and art placement
We were referred to this client by our city council representative who was formerly an interior designer. This is one of our favorite raves.
Our first project with this client was the furnishing and accessorizing of her office. She inherited her new office that was originally the rare book library with a wonderful fireplace and too many shelves. We had a budget of $10,000 from the University to complete the work in that area as well as the foyer outside of her office.
We helped design her office to be more dramatic and inviting while showing her creative and whimsical taste with personal accessories and artwork. We accomplished this on a very modest budget by suggesting contributions from staff members of personal photos. Her staff members feel special and welcomed when they visit her office.
A few months after we completed that project, she decided to purchase a loft/condo. We assisted her with the construction design selections as well as lighting and electrical design to highlight her artwork. After she completed her move, we styled her home with her art and accessories and re-oriented her furnishings. We also recommended several new furnishings purchases and designed her basement build-out for two additional bedrooms and a bathroom.
